Roche #foramelefko

Project information

Αs an artist and designer, I was proud to be chosen by MSCCOM to create a concept and a piece of artwork for the Lung Cancer Awareness Campaign’s #foramelefko initiative. The client, Roche, was dedicated to informing and raising awareness among citizens about one of the most widespread diseases worldwide, and I was honored to be a part of such a meaningful cause.

I presented my live painting performance at the Museum of Cycladic Art, where I captured a place of whiteness and optimism through my artwork, “Eutopia”. This illustration, measuring 100cm x 70cm, was created using pencils on paper and symbolizes the importance of prevention and  information about lung cancer for everyone. The artwork depicts the white ribbon, the symbol of lung cancer, as a sculpture in the public space, surrounded by different types of people.

With this piece, I wanted to show my commitment to promoting awareness and optimism in the face of lung cancer. I believe that everyone has a role to play in preventing and fighting against this disease, and I wanted to capture that message through my art. “Eutopia” is my wish for a better future, not just for myself, but for all people affected by lung cancer. I hope that my work will inspire others to join the #foramelefko initiative and raise awareness about the importance of prevention and knowledge.
